About the role:

As a Marketing Intern, you will:

  • Craft compelling email marketing messages that capture our audience’s attention
  • Assist the marketing team lead in creating and optimising email workflows, tracking KPIs, and analysing performance data.
  • Learn how to use GA4, DataStudio, and other cutting-edge tools to gain insights into customer behaviour and identify areas of opportunity.
  • Create and manage reports and dashboards to track KPIs and measure success against agreed goals.
  • Work with a talented team to evangelise the TOPdesk brand and drive business growth.

About You:

  • An passion for the dynamic software industry and a strong desire to venture into the exhilarating world of B2B Marketing.
  • A strong interest in copywriting.
  • Strong attention to detail. You will help us see what we’re missing.
  • A motivated, analytical, data-driven, and highly technically savvy individual.
  • Reporting and analytical skills.
  • Eagerness to create content to suit target audiences across various channels.
  • Ability to take ownership and work on several different projects.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Effectively collaborate within a global environment and a diverse company culture.
  • Intermediate HTML/CSS knowledge is a bonus, but not required.

Where will you go?

You will be working in the heart of Melbourne. The Australian branch is relatively young in comparison to other TOPdesk offices. TOPdesk was established in Melbourne at the end of 2019. The team consists of 9 colleagues so far.
