As a Software Implementation Consultant, you will implement our service management software for our customers. You will closely collaborate with very different customers, from service desk agents to C-Suite executives, from companies of all sizes and industries. You are encouraged to use your expertise and people skills to tailor the implementation to each customer’s needs.

Where will you go?
You will be working in the heart of Melbourne. The Australian branch is relatively young in comparison to other TOPdesk offices. TOPdesk was established in Melbourne at the end of 2019. The team consists of 8 colleagues so far.
