When you sign up for a job alert via the TOPdesk website, TOPdesk will only process your details for setting up your job alert.
When you apply to a TOPdesk vacancy, we will collect and process the data entrusted to us by you for processing your application. If TOPdesk offers you a job, your data is used to prepare the contract proposal. If you accept our proposal, we will use your data to prepare your contract. And we will treat your data with utmost care. Our colleagues are trained to handle confidential information appropriately.
We would like to know what you think of our services. That’s why we use multiple ways to collect feedback. This includes research, interviews, evaluations and direct feedback from phone calls. We use the information we collect to improve our services.
